We are thrilled to announce the featured speakers joining us for Shift UX 2026: Catt Small and Jesse James Garrett! Both bring decades of leadership, innovation, and critical perspective to the evolving role of experience design.

Catt Small is a Staff Product Designer at Dropbox and the author of The Staff Designer. Her career spans design and engineering at companies like Asana, Etsy, SoundCloud, and Nasdaq. Catt focuses on senior-plus IC design craft, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and helping designers navigate systems-level career progression.

Jesse James Garrett is a Fractional AI Transformation Leader at Intentional Associates and a pioneering voice in digital product design with over 25 years of industry leadership. Co-founder of Adaptive Path and creator of foundational UX models, Jesse brings vital insights on leading teams through the AI shift and keeping human intent at the heart of emerging technologies.
